These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter: "Terms") govern access to and use of the pryvexium.com platform (hereinafter: "Platform") operated by Pryvexium d.o.o. By using the Platform, you accept these Terms in their entirety.
1. About the Platform
Pryvexium is an informational digital platform that provides information about the crowdfunding model of real estate investment in Croatia. The Platform does not mediate in financial transactions nor provide investment advice.
2. Access Conditions
The Platform is available to all visitors. To submit inquiries through the contact form, you need to provide your name, email address and message. Users warrant that the data they enter is accurate and up-to-date.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including texts, graphics, logos, images, audio and video materials, software and design, are the property of Pryvexium d.o.o. or are used with the permission of the rights holders. Unauthorized copying, distribution or modification of content is strictly prohibited.
4. Limitation of Liability
Information on the Platform is provided exclusively for informational purposes and does not constitute investment advice, an offer or an invitation to invest. Pryvexium d.o.o. does not assume responsibility for decisions made based on information available on the Platform. Real estate investment carries risks, including the possibility of losing invested capital.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. Pryvexium d.o.o. has no control over the content of those sites and assumes no responsibility for their content or privacy practices.
6. Changes to Terms
Pryvexium d.o.o. reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after publication of amendments shall be deemed acceptance of the new Terms. We recommend regularly reviewing this page.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia. For all disputes arising from the use of the Platform, the Commercial Court in Zagreb shall have jurisdiction.
